Sokos Hotels – The best hotel chain in the Nordic countries

The Nordic Business Travel Awards gala was cancelled due to the coronavirus, but the winners of the annual survey were announced also this year. Sokos Hotels was selected as the best hotel chain among the Nordic travel service providers.
The gala, planned to be held in Stockholm on March 20th, was cancelled this year, but the survey was completed and as a result, business travelers selected Sokos Hotels as the best hotel chain in the Nordic region in 2020.
– Our sales team has conducted incredible commercial sales to corporate, conference, event and leisure travel buyers. The staff at our hotels have consistently found multiple ways of making our customers happy. The ever-evolving customer satisfaction figures of the Sokos Hotels chain have been the reward. All of this can now be seen in the result of the vote, Petri Isomäki, Sales Director, SOK Tourism and Hospitality Chain Management, rejoices.
Customer services for business travelers have recently been developed, with the Sokos Hotels mobile application serving as an example. It allows customers to manage their own customer information, manage check-in and check-out, settle the hotel invoice and receive information about Sokos Hotel services.
The annual Business Travel Awards gala selects the best players in a variety of categories. Members of the Business Travel Associations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland, responsible for procurement, participate in a survey conducted by research institute Nordic Bench, on the basis of which the results of the Nordic Business Travel Awards are announced.
