Research: Sokos Hotels chain remains the most respected hotel brand in Finland

Every year, we eagerly await the Brand Valuation study by Taloustutkimus Oy. It gives us an idea of how well we succeed in our mission to bring happiness to Finns.
What did Finns say?
According to the latest study, the most respected hotel chain brand among Finns this year is once again Sokos Hotels. Respondents also rated that we provided the best value for money.
And most importantly, Finns gave us even better ratings this year. Among other things, the appreciation index among Finns, the customer satisfaction index, and the recommendation NPS increased this year.
What does the recognition mean?

About the study
The Brand Valuation 2024 study by Taloustutkimus Oy was conducted as an online survey in the spring. Finns evaluated a total of 683 brands from different industries in the study.
