We serve sustainably selected food and prefer audited suppliers. We focus on Finnish meat and only use fish from sustainable fish stocks. We help our customers to make responsible choices, for example, with our buffet breakfasts.
Our breakfast always includes organic products. We serve diverse options for different diets and different situations at our restaurants. We reduce food wastage through our own actions and in cooperation with our customers.
