Already 11,000 copies of the book of Estonian stories!

Did you know that the book published by Solo Sokos Hotel Estoria, "Did you know that there are over 100 exciting, quirky, unique and important reasons to visit Estonia!" was the first present to EV100. The book of Estonian success stories was published for the first time in 2015 and the fourth edition just hit the shelves at bookstores. Did you know that...

Did you know that The first food flown to space was made in Põltsamaa? That Toomas Edur and Age Oks from Estonia were Princess Diana's favourite ballet couple? Or that World Weightlifting Championships were held on the stage of the Estonian National Opera? And that the world-famous mini camera Minox was invented in Estonia in 1936 and it was used by James Bond in the movie "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" (1969)? Or that the only football ground in the world that has a large oak tree growing in the middle of it is located in Orissaare, Saaremaa?

The book is in four languages (Estonian, Finnish, Russian and English) and includes over a hundred illustrated short stories from about a hundred Estonian organisations. A copy of the book is available for reading in every room of the hotel and it can also be purchased at the reception of Hotel Estoria and in Apollo and Rahva Raamat bookstores.
