Location and transportation
Three years ago when I stayed here last it was Radisson Blu and now the hotel is part of another regional chain, Sokos hotels.Centrally located, good service choices for the traveler, plenty of rooms, good service, gym, excellent wifi and decent breakfast.Stayed here for one night in June 2018. Check-in was very fast, service oriented staff, clean room with a recent facelift and very comfortable bed.The breakfast (across the street) was excellent. Broad variety of choices, attentive staff and plenty to eat.My favorite hotel in Vaasa. Price-quality ratio is excellent.
A nice hotel, reasonable prices, excellent breakfast with local products. I do not need more for a great stay in Vaasa. No problems with parking or anything else. We had a suite, which was very neat and cosy.
Clean, quiet, pleasant hotel in the center of Vaasa. The hotel is located next to the shopping center on the main square, about 700 meters from the sea. The staff is nice and happy to help. For business trips the right choice.
My elderly parents and I have been traveling Scandinavia for two weeks and this was one of the best hotels and most spacious of all our stays! We had a superior room and it was handicap accessible and handicap amenities in the bathroom which my step-mom greatly appreciated.
Wonderful friendly staff, quick checking in process and room was ready for three occupants. First room to actually have a queen bed together (not two separate beds pushed together). My parents were happy with the bed and got a good night's sleep.
Conveniently located to market/square and shopping. Plenty of room for us to play our card games in the room and not have to go to the lobby to play.
Parking available and easily located at the hotel. Breakfast was also included! Wonderful breakfast spread!
We stayed here for one night and we had the family room. Its a large room with a nice balcony with a nice view. Breakfast is one the 2nd floor in a room with a lot of history. Breakfast is quite extensive! The location is in the city center and you can easily walk to the shore as well (7 min walk). The gym is fantastic!!
Starting from the lobby, everything was clean and service was polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel locates both sides of the road and there is tunnel under the road. Reception was in the "Royal"-side and Breakfastroom was in the older "classic"-side. Breakfast was very diverse and quality of those ingredients seemed great.
