How do I buy or book a room with a gift card from Sokos Hotels or S Group?
Have you received a gift card or are you planning to buy one? You can buy the gift card from all Sokos Hotels in Finland and load it with the desired amount between €10 and €150. See here for more information about the gift card »
I want to take my pet with me to the hotel, what should I do?
Pets are welcome at Sokos Hotels! When booking your room on our site, please add the amount of pets on your room search. We will show you the availability of those rooms that you can stay in with pets. Read more about travelling with a pet here »
Can a minor stay at a hotel alone?
A minor can stay at our hotels without an adult. Parental consent is required for the stay, either by email or in writing. The age limit for a minor to stay alone is at least 16 years. On a case-by-case basis, this can be agreed upon differently with the child's guardian. The reservation will include the guardian's contact information. When staying, the minor will fill out the accommodation card as usual. The same payment rules apply as for other hotel guests. The minibar in the room will be locked, and room charges will be blocked. We cannot verify the customer's age at the time of booking, so the reception will make the final decision on the young customer's stay at the hotel.
