Organize your event at our hotel

Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna's eight different sized meeting rooms offer excellent possibilities to organize all kinds of gatherings. There are rooms to seat up to 150 persons. Within the last few years all the hotel rooms, the meeting facilities as well as the hotel's air conditioning system have been renovated.

Festival venues

Vaakuna Hall can be reserved for private use. It is a perfect venue for throwing for instance a free-and-easy cocktail party, a demonstration or a formal dinner party. There is entry to a large terrace area from the Vaakuna Hall.

In restaurant Frans & Rose there is an atmospheric cabinet with a fireplace. It is a peaceful venue for anniversaries, dinner parties etc. The cabinet seats up to 32 persons.

Private saunas

Hotel has three saunas, which are all equipped with own jacuzzi. An ideal number of persons in one sauna party is 10-20.
