Avoid queuing at the reception – handle your check-in and check-out yourself
Sokos Hotels self-service machines are already available at most Sokos Hotels. You can quickly and easily check in on the machine located in the lobby. You can avoid possible queues at the reception. You can pay for your booking at the same time.
If your room is ready, you can check in as early as from 1PM. On the day of departure, if you have no open invoices, you can also check out on the machine.
You only need your Sokos Hotels booking reference to use the self-service machine. You get your booking reference when making your reservation on sokoshotels.fi or directly from the hotel or our Sales Service. You will find your booking reference on your booking confirmation and on the welcome message we send prior to your arrival. Checking out can be done with a QR code as well. You will see the code when you check in to hotel with the machine. You can also check out by using your room key card.
