Wirta's inspiring meeting rooms are ideal for a successful event and delicious catering is a perfect addition.
Good food is an important part of a meeting day and provides a much-needed break. Everyone who has attended a meeting knows the feeling of waiting eagerly to see what tasty delights have been laid out for you.
Wirta's meeting facilities (Huvila, Laituri, Kyläkoulu, Koivikko) offer fresh coffee and hot tea throughout the day. In addition, a selection of fruit, biscuits, nuts, sweets, and fruit juices is always on offer. Free use of the coffee area is included in the price of all events in the four meeting rooms.
For meeting guests, we offer a variety of delicacies from the coffee counter in the morning and afternoon.
Full-day meeting package
EUR 54 per person, including:
- The rental fee of your selected meeting room and coffee area catering (max 8h)
- Breakfast in the coffee area at the meeting room lobby
- Lunch at restaurant Trattoria (salad buffet, soup, hot food buffet)
- A sweet or savoury afternoon snack in the coffee area at the meeting room lobby
- Minimum group size: 6 persons (=minimum charge at Huvila, Laituri, Kyläkoulu), with the exception of 4 persons at the Koivikko area
Half-day meeting package
EUR 41 per person, including:
- The space-rental fee of your selected meeting room and coffee area catering (max 4h)
- Breakfast or afternoon catering in the coffee area at the meeting room lobby
- Lunch at the restaurant Trattoria (salad buffet, soup, hot food buffet)
- Minimum group size: 6 persons (=minimum charge at Huvila, Laituri, Kyläkoulu), with the exception of 4 persons at the Koivikko area
Quick meeting package
EUR 28 per person or a minimum charge of EUR 168, including:
- The rental fee of your selected meeting room and coffee area catering (max 4h)

Original Sokos Hotel Wiklund's delicious breakfast buffet for a special price (in 2023) for meeting customers: EUR 13 per person (normal price: EUR 18 per person) Breakfast is served at Trattoria restaurant. Breakfast included in the full or half-day meeting can be changed for a hotel breakfast for an additional charge of EUR 5 per person.
Naturally, people attending the meeting can catch up with the hottest news at the after party under one roof - at Wine Bar Axel W, Trattoria Baror Walo Rooftop Bar. Our sales service is also happy to answer your questions about our accommodation offers.
