Temporary changes to the S-Card customer loyalty programme

The situation also in Finland is rapidly changing due to the development of COVID-19 around the world. We have made some temporary changes to the terms and conditions of the S-Card customer loyalty programme due to the on-going situation. We want to ensure that you can keep on earning S points and using the S Card benefits flexibly.
 
  • We will extend the validity of your valid membership by three months in April. The new expiry date of your membership will be updated automatically in the near future. We are not going to send you a new card, instead you present card will be valid until the new expiry date.

  • S Points that expire during 3 April – 3 August can be used until 3 September 2020. 
  • Meal benefits that expire during 21 March – 2 September can be used until 3 September 2020. The new date will be updated automatically in the coming weeks both in the My S Card online service and the Sokos Hotels mobile app.
  • You can change your bonus night bookings flexibly to another date in the same hotel. If you cannot re-book, we will return the S Points you paid for the bonus night. This applies to bonus nights reserved for dates between 13 March – 31 May. Changes to already paid bonus nights can be made by contacting the hotel directly. If the hotel is closed you can contact our Sokos Hotels Sales Service Centre. 
We will continue to monitor the situation and its effects on the S-Card loyalty programme.
