Who am I?
I'm Sanna Paloniemi, born and raised in Turku. I'm the mother of a young girl and a young boy, a wife and a happy owner of two dogs and a single-family home. I work as the Hotel Manager of the wonderful, renewed Solo Sokos Hotel Turun Seurahuone that will be opened in February 2019.
What is my passion at work and/or during my leisure time?
At work, my passion is an individual, characterful customer service and positive, happy feeling for the whole team – without forgetting a smile! In my free time, I take part in various group exercise classes; I like dancing the best! Music, movies, baking and all kinds of activities with my children are my other favourite things.

Where would I travel, if I went on a journey one week from now?
Oh, if we had the chance, we would travel somewhere warm as a family, somewhere with plenty on sunshine, warm waters to swim in and a relaxed and comfortable feeling. Where we could spend time among the most important people without rushing anywhere.
I will never forget this one customer experience in a hotel or a restaurant...
I cannot think of any individual significant factor, but I believe that the best experience is made of small details, which make me feel welcome and important. The most recent wonderful detail I can remember is how a certain restaurant had forgone the traditional "Reserved" sign and had instead used creativity and written "Welcome, Sanna" in a beautifully presented sign. Additionally, their service was sincere, full of smiles, very accommodating and the food was excellent, so that was definitely a positive and memorable experience.
