The Sokos Hotels chain is the first in Finland to introduce an electronic passenger report at the Original Sokos Hotel Tripla in Helsinki. S-Card customers will be the first to access the service.
With the constantly evolving digital services, we want to offer our customers the possibility of fast, smooth and secure transactions. The Sokos Hotels chain will be the first in Finland to introduce electronic notification of a traveller at the new Original Sokos Hotel Tripla in Helsinki.
The hotel's S-Card customers with the Sokos Hotels application at their disposal will be the first to use the new service. The Online Check-in service, which has been in use since 2018, is now supplemented with a pre-filled electronic notification of a traveller. The customer only needs to complete the form with their signature.
Hotel manager Hanna Riihimäki is particularly pleased with the fact that the Original Sokos Hotel Tripla is the first to offer electronic notification of a traveller to their customers. "We have many loyal customers who are already familiar with Tripla's services. The business traveller appreciates getting smooth access to their room after a day of work or travel. The new service is also fast and reduces unnecessary contacts between our customers and our staff."
With a pre-filled notification of a traveller, the customer only has to collect the key from the reception.
Our aim is to make the service available to our loyal customers also at the other Sokos Hotels in Finland by the end of the year.
Prior to your arrival at the hotel:
- On the day of your arrival, make your Online Check-in via the app.
- Complete the pre-filled notification of a traveller.
- Your check-in is complete.
- Pick up your room key from the Online Check-in point in the reception.
