Meriretki Kotkan Seurahuoneelta Varissaareen
Varissaari is one of the historical fortified islands outside Kotka. On the island, you can see signs of the two naval Battles of Svensksund, which took place in the late-1700s. The summer day is spent in a relaxing by swimming, grilling or walking in the beautiful archipelago, not forgetting the Beach Volley court located on the island. Once on the island, you can enjoy good food at recently renovated restaurant Vaakku, the windows of which open to a glorious seascape, or relax at the terrace restaurant Bar & Lounge.
