Original Sokos Hotel Kupittaa is the first hotel in Kupittaa region. Many companies and firms, universities, the largest city park in Finland, an adventure park and sports centers are located in Kupittaa. The 1 400 m² premises of the three storey centre allow the organizing for variety of events from large conferences to charity events, workshops and product launches. Covering 1,800 square metres, the Joki Visitor and Innovation Centre is designed by Arosuo Architects, whose idea for the centre won the idea competition arranged for architects in 2015. The entrance to Joki, located on the courtyard between BioCity, DataCity, ICT-City and ElectroCity, is on Lemminkäisenkatu, where it connects DataCity with BioCity.
