Fransmanni restaurants offer training in manners

The Ruokalistalla hyvät tavat ("Good manners on the menu") campaign, now in its fourth year, is implemented in 2014–2015 jointly by Fransmanni restaurants, Atria, Hartwall, Duni and Libris. The protector of the campaign is Kaarina Suonperä, chairwoman of the Tapaseura society.

The campaign emphasises the importance of shared family meals for the well-being of families and seeks to increase interest among sixth-graders in cuisine and good manners. Every Fransmanni restaurant chooses a class every year for which the restaurant staff offer coaching in good manners. In 2014, Fransmanni restaurants and their partners supplied schools with over 10,000 booklets on good manners.
