Is use of the spa included in the price of the room?
The price of a stay at Break Sokos Hotel Flamingo includes accommodation, breakfast, parking, use of wireless internet and use of the airport bus. Flamingo spa bracelets are not included in the price of the stay. They can be purchased separately from example from here.
How much does parking cost?
Parking is free for hotel guests for the duration of their stay! Leave your car in the Flamingo parking hall and give your car registration number when checking in at the hotel reception desk.
Can cars be parked at Flamingo during the stay?
In the GoParking facility in the Jumbo shopping centre, adjacent to the hotel, there are a wide variety of parking services from EUR 31 per week. More information and reservations here.
Can the spa be accessed directly from the hotel?
Yes! The spa is on level K1 and can be easily accessed with the lift. Jumbo shopping centre can also be accessed from inside Flamingo, from the second floor.
Are there public transport connections from Flamingo to Helsinki?
Yes–Flamingo is within Vantaa, and there are public transport connections to the Vantaa region, Helsinki and Espoo. Ask the reception staff for more information.
How much does a four-person room cost?
The price of accommodation depends on many factors, and for this reason there are no fixed prices for the rooms. For the best offers, go to www.sokoshotels.fi
I didn't receive any bonus points from my stay. Why not? Why?
There can be a number of reasons for this. You are entitled to collect S-Bonus points if you book your stay via the Sokos Hotels website, from the sales service or directly from hotel reception. Bonus points are not accumulated from reservations made through travel agencies. If you have made a reservation through our own channels but do not receive bonus points on the accommodation within two weeks, please contact us directly, for example by email.
What are the accommodation options for large families?
We have several accommodation options for large families. For example, a four-person family room could be a good solution. These rooms have two twin beds and two extra beds that open out
from the wall. If you need a little more space, we also have rooms with a partition and additional children's rooms. Contact reception for prices and availability.
How can I choose a particular room theme?
We have four room themes: Energy, Flow, Joy and Harmony. If you would like a particular room theme, please contact us directly, for example by email or immediately after making your reservation.
I want to arrange a surprise for my travelling companion. How can I do it?
Birthdays, weddings and other important shared moments are arranged at Flamingo all the time. We will be happy to help you with the arrangements. When making your reservation, you can order a bottle of champagne, for example, or sweet and savoury treats, or breakfast in bed. If you decide to arrange a surprise after the reservation has been made, please contact us and we will arrange it together,
Can spa bracelets be purchased from reception?
We do not sell spa bracelets from the hotel reception
Is it possible to check in to the hotel before 3 pm?
Check-in at our hotel begins at 3 pm, and in busy times in particular earlier check in is not possible. However, you can arrive at Flamingo and enjoy the services of the entertainment centre and free parking from the morning onwards. Luggage can be left in our luggage room, and you will receive your parking permit when you provide us with your car registration number at reception.
I'm arriving late. Is the reception desk open at night?
Our hotel reception is open 24/7 every day of the year.
Do you offer hotel transportation to the Helsinki airport?
Normally we do. Free hotel transportation is offered for guests staying at Flamingo. However, now during the low demand we do not provide free shuttle bus.
Is it allowed to bring pets to the hotel?
Break Sokos Hotel Flamingo is a pet-friendly hotel. Please remember to notify us that you will be bringing a pet when you have made your reservation, as the number of pet-friendly rooms is limited. There is a charge of EUR 15 for a pet, and it can be paid when checking in.
How can I make a table reservation at the hotel restaurant?
Flamingo Amarillo restaurant opening times are available and reservations can be easily made here.
If you want to make reservations at co-op member prices and get Bonus points, log out of the My S-Card service.
If you want to make a reservation as an S-Card customer, log out with your S-code and log in to the My S-Card service.
