The agenda for the meeting?

When planning a meeting, it is a good idea to consider the reason for which the meeting is being arranged. Does it involve training, grouping, a seminar with an outside speaker, or perhaps a weekend meeting that requires a change of pace? The number of participants should also be counted at this stage.
 

Book a facility on time

When the meeting type, date, and number of participants are known, it is time to book a facility for the event. In Wirta, you can find four different types of facilities for creative work and training for approximately 4–28 people. Larger events, seminars, or film nights of recreational days can be arranged in Wauditorio, an impressive auditorium facility for 56 persons.  Depending on the day, you can book the facility even on short notice, but we recommend you make a booking well in advance to ensure the availability of the desired facility. Breaks & catering

To ensure that work is smooth and that the meeting participants have energy for the whole day, we recommend you reserve time for breaks and meals. Wirta's coffee area, which offers fresh fruit, nuts, and a sweets buffet, as well as coffee and tea, is included in the price of meetings and is available throughout the day.  In addition, you can start a morning meeting with a hotel breakfast, enjoy lunch at Trattoria, or order fresh buns and warm pies straight to the meeting facilities in the evening. The facilities include a full liquor license, so you can enjoy the cheese buffet with wine or start the meeting by raising a toast. You can find meeting catering here


Check the equipment

Meeting hosts or hostesses are often worried about the functionality of equipment in advance. When entering Wirta, you only need to inspect the functionality of your own slide show on your machine and that the material is stored in your flash drive. Our skilled staff will assist you with the technology so you will not have to worry.
