Onni Orava's Summer Buffet 2026

• The summer buffet includes children's favorites such as meatballs, French fries and cucumber sticks and other delicious treats including dessert

Activities at the hotel

On the 1st floor of the hotel you'll find a small play area with an activity wall. Additionally, on the 1st floor balcony there's a playground during summer, where you can find various toys and a drawing table.

Furthermore, 5 small Onni Orava figures are hidden on the 1st floor. Older children can also complete Onni Orava's photo orienteering challenge. After solving the tasks, children can collect small prizes from the reception!

At Kupittaa you might also bump into Onni Orava on weekdays in July 2026! Please ask the hotel reception for more details about Onni's visiting times.

Moominworld

There's plenty to marvel at in Moominworld: the Moominhouse, Sniff's workshop, the Groke's own cave, Theatre Emma performances, Fairytale Path, swimming beach, Moominpappa's ship and many others. The Moomins have organized fun activities for the whole day and of course the entire Moomin family with their colorful friends are present. The Moominworld entrance ticket also includes the Moomin play at Theatre Emma.

When you stay with us, you get a 2-day ticket to Moominworld for the price of 1 day. The tickets are valid for 2 consecutive days. We also recommend purchasing parking and bus transport in advance.

Jukupark

Jukupark is open from 1.6-9.8.2026 (closed on Midsummer 19-20.6).

At Jukupark you'll find everything for water enthusiasts and sun worshippers. You can slide down the thrilling water slides with tubes, speed mats or the traditional way. In addition to the thrilling slides, the park has large heated pools and comfortable sunbathing areas with terraces. At the water park you can have fun or just relax.

As a hotel guest you get a discounted ticket for €24/person (normally €28/person) from the hotel reception.

Huvimaa Fest 13-14.6.2026

The happiest summer festival for the whole family, Huvimaa Fest, takes over Kupittaanpuisto on 12-13.7.2025! There are plenty of performers familiar to children, as the lineup includes among others Ville Viking, Aarne Alligaattori and Little My!
