Exciting improvements at Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna Helsinki
We are upgrading the bathrooms at Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna in Helsinki to offer you an even more comfortable and high-quality stay. The renovation work will be carried out in phases so that the hotel and the restaurant 10. Kerros remain open throughout the process. The first rooms with renovated bathrooms will be available to our guests in summer 2026.
We strive to keep any impact from the renovation as minimal as possible. Work will take place on weekdays between 07:00 and 17:00. Tasks that may cause noise will be carried out on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00. Evenings, weekends, and nights are reserved to ensure that hotel operations and the guest experience remain as undisturbed as possible throughout the renovation.
Restaurant 10. Kerros will remain open as usual, and we warmly welcome our guests to celebrate and enjoy delicious meals and excellent service above the rooftops of Helsinki.
During the renovation, Hotel Vaakuna will continue to serve guests as normal, and we look forward to welcoming you every day of the year.
