Gym & exercise stairs

There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs.

When you spend the day exploring the city, you don't necessarily need to work out at the hotel. However, if you still want to break a sweat, try our exercise stairs. They may be ordinary stairs, but climbing them will definitely get you sweating.

In our stairwells, there are QR codes that allow you to make the most of our stairs. The fitness center Liikku has created videos for stair workouts, making everyday exercise both engaging and beneficial!

If you prefer a traditional gym, one is available in the same building. The gym is at our guests' disposal from 6 am to 10 pm. It is located on the lobby floor of the Swing House building.
