Below are answers to frequently asked questions about Sokos Hotels' Travel Fair campaign offering of up to -40% off the best available rate.
How do I log in and make a reservation?
- Log in to the online service with your S User Account from the top right corner of the webpage. Make sure your User ID is linked to your co-op member details. By logging in, you can take advantage of the co-op member promotion of up to -40% off the best available rate. If you don't have an account, you can create one in the top-right corner of the page by selecting Log in / Create an S User Account. Learn about creating an S User Account here »
- Fill in the details required in the booking section in the top corner of the page (hotel, dates of stay and number of guests). The reservation code will be published on Thursday 18.1. If a discounted rate of up to -40% is available for the date and hotel you have selected, it will appear as "Discounted rate for S-Etukortti card holders". The displayed room rate is the already discounted rate. If the discounted rate is not available, the system offers "Online rate for S-Etukortti card holders", which is up to -25% off the best available rate, as well as the best available rate.
- Add any desired additional products and services to your booking. The booking confirmation will be sent to your e-mail.

When do I need to pay for my booking?
The reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. A completed reservation cannot be changed or cancelled. The booking is non-refundable once paid.
Who is the promotional rate for?
The discount is intended for S Group co-op members, applies to leisure travel and only to new bookings. A limited number of discounted rooms are available. The discount only applies to new bookings.
Where do I enter the reservation code?
The reservation code is entered in the field reserved for it in the reservations section: Discounts and memberships.
From what rate is the discount calculated?
The discount is calculated from the regular daily rate, which is the starting rate before co-op member discounts. The best available rate is displayed in black in our online service, while co-op member rates are displayed in green. The daily rate is determined by demand.
How do I know if the discount has been applied for my rate?
The discount will appear as "Campaign price with S-Etukortti card". If the discounted rate is not available, the system offers "Online price with S-Etukortti card", which is up to -25% off the best available rate, as well as the Best Available Rate.
Why can't I find rooms at discounted rates?
A limited number of discounted rooms are available. Availability and rates will vary by day, hotel and demand. Popular events are booked well in advance, and discounted rates for these dates may not be available or the rate may be higher.
Does the rate entitle to Bonus and other rate benefits?
The discounted rate accumulates Bonus for S-Etukortti card holders, but no other rate advantages. The rate also does not accrue benefits or points for other loyalty programs (such as S-Card).
Can I make changes to my reservation?
The reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. Therefore, the reservation cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my reservation?
The reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. The reservation can be cancelled, but the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I pay for a reservation with a gift card?
The S Group Gift Card can only be used as a payment method on-site, so it can unfortunately not be used as form of payment on our website.
Why is breakfast not included in the room rate at Heymo hotel?
At Heymo, you can enjoy breakfast when it suits you, even in the middle of the night. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and can be purchased either in advance at the time of booking (under Additional Services) or on-site at the hotel.
