As a Sporttiklubi member, you get affordable group rates at Sokos Hotels in Finland and Tallinn. Prices from €32/person/night in a triple room, including breakfast, WiFi and applicable VAT. Sauna and gym are included at hotels where available.
Who is this benefit for?
Finnish sports clubs with a business ID. Membership is free and club-specific: once the club joins, all of its teams can take advantage of the Sporttiklubi benefits, regardless of sport, league level or age.
What kind of groups is the price for?
Sporttiklubi prices apply to sports teams of at least 11 people. The prices are suitable for tournaments, training camps and away games, for example, and are valid subject to availability.
How do I book team accommodation?
Request a quote for team accommodation or contact sales services or the hotel directly. Remember to mention your club's Sporttiklubi membership when getting in touch and at check-in. Planning trips to several different towns? You can easily request a quote for multiple locations from Sports Series.

10% gift card cashback on team accommodation
As a Sporttiklubi member, the team receives a 10% cashback on the taxable total of the accommodation invoice, in the form of S Group gift cards. This benefit applies to team accommodation of at least 11 people.
What does the gift card benefit mean?
We refund 10% of the taxable total of the team's combined accommodation invoice in the form of S Group gift cards. The booking must be made through hotel sales services or directly with the hotel, and the combined invoice must be paid in cash, with a personal credit card, an S-Business card, or by advance invoice.
Where do I get the gift card?
The S Group gift card is handed to the team leader or group leader at hotel reception at check-out.
Where can the gift card be used?
The S Group gift card can be used as a means of payment at all S Group outlets in Finland. The gift card is valid for 24 months from the time it was loaded or last used for a purchase.
Good to know
At Original Sokos Hotel Viru in Tallinn, instead of the gift card cashback, a 10% discount is granted on the total price of the group accommodation.

How do I order Sport Meals for the team?
Order the meals in advance from sales services or the hotel. Sport Meals, snacks, evening snacks and boxes can be ordered for groups of at least 11 people. One shared menu is chosen for the group.
Good to know

A team from a sports club that is a Sporttiklubi member can request late check-out until 1 pm at no extra charge.
What does this benefit mean?
Late check-out gives the team an extra hour in their rooms on the day of departure. Normally, rooms must be vacated by 12 noon.

A team from a sports club that is a Sporttiklubi member can request the use of a meeting room free of charge for 1 hour, for example for a tactics or team meeting.

As the size of the team grows, Sporttiklubi members receive group benefits, i.e. free accommodation spots as part of team accommodation.
What does a free group spot mean?
A free group spot means a free accommodation spot for a larger team: in practice, every 16th person staying can stay free of charge.
15–31 guests = 1 free spot
32–47 guests = 2 free spots
over 48 guests = 3 free spots
Good to note
The first free group spot requires 15 paying guests. Free accommodation spots are granted in a shared twin room. A group can receive a maximum of 3 free accommodation spots per group per night.
