With the S-Etukortti card, you accumulate Bonus for hotel accommodation only when you book without intermediaries from Sokos Hotels' own channels, i.e. on sokoshotels.fi, through our Sales Service (Mon–Fri 8 am –6 pm, tel. 0300 870 000, 0.51€/min+ local network charge/mobile call charge) or directly from the hotel. No Bonus applies when booking via other online services, even if payment is made at the hotel. The S-Etukortti card cannot be used together with other loyalty cards, such as an S-Card or a Finnair Plus card.

Alcoholic products do not entitle to Bonus, payment-method benefits, surplus returns or S Points (Alcohol Act 51.2 §).

Bonus registration

Bonus for accommodation paid for at the hotel will only be registered upon check-out from the hotel and will appear under Bonus purchases within a couple of days of the end of the stay.

Bonus for accommodation paid in advance via the sokoshotels.fi online service or via the Sales Service / hotel is registered at the time of payment and will appear under the Bonus purchases within a couple of days.

S-Card is a loyalty programme for business travellers

S-Card is a loyalty programme for business travellers at S Group hotels and restaurants.

You can accrue and use benefits for accommodation as well as meeting and restaurant purchases, for either business or pleasure, in Finland and Tallinn. The annual membership fee is €25, which will easily be earned back in the form of benefits after a few hotel nights. The card can be used at more than 500 S Group locations: all Sokos Hotels, Radisson Blu and Red Hotels in Finland, the nationwide chain restaurants, numerous individual restaurants and ABC service station restaurants.
