Accessibility

Original Sokos Hotel Ilves has two well-equipped accessible Standard Twin rooms.

Features of accessible rooms:

• Motorized separate 90 cm wide beds
• 83 cm wide sliding bathroom door
• Separate shower chair
• Handrails next to the toilet
• Emergency call cord and button in the bathroom
• Emergency call button next to the bed
• Wheelchair fits under the sink
• The hotel's main entrance is accessible, and there is an accessible toilet in the lobby.
• The width of the elevator doors is 108 cm.

On the upper level of the parking hall below the hotel, there are two designated accessible parking spaces. The ticket obtained upon entering the barrier must be validated at the reception before exiting. Please note that there is no accessible passage from the lower level of the parking hall to the hotel.

Guide dogs are welcome in our hotel at no additional charge.

The Splash Aquatic Lift is available for the pool area with advance reservation. The lift must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
