Lakeus has 10 meeting facilities of various sizes, the largest of which can accommodate up to 150 people. The street level of the hotel with its restaurant and meeting facilities is well-suited also for an evening banquet of several hundred people.

Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna in Seinäjoki is an excellent choice when you want to stay at the centre of urban life. The hotel is located by the Market Square and the main cultural and event sites are within a stone's throw. Fifteen minutes, and you can reach the conference, fair, music and sport events organised at Seinäjoki Areena, Frami, Rytmikorjaamo or Wallsport Areena.
You can choose your food delights between restaurans Talriikki or Amarillo, which takes you to the spicy world of tex-mex. Karma is a bar and a night club, where good times keep rolling every day of the week.
Located in the heart of Seinäjoki, Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna will undergo a complete modernisation in 2017–2018.
The first 57 fully modernised rooms were opened to customers at the end of May. The remaining 90 rooms are now being modernised and the room modernisation will be completed in May 2018.
The modernisation process will be performed while the hotel is open on weekdays between 7 am and 7 pm. Construction work will be carried out so as to cause as little disturbance to hotel guests as possible.
