The hotel staff welcome you to cheery Lappeenranta!
Our hotel is located in IsoKristiina, a trendy shopping centre. You can easily walk in to the shopping centre from the hotel lobby – and you do not need to carry all shopping bags with you, as you can easily take them in your room between shops. The shopping centre offers excellent shopping opportunities. There are household goods, clothes, cosmetics, art, shoes, toys – whatever you need! There are also other wellness services, cafés, bars and restaurants – something for every taste. The busy port, historical fort and refreshing Myllysaari are only at a short walking distance from the hotel.
Pamper yourself or your loved one
If you are in need of some pampering, we warmly recommend beauty salon Emotion located in the same shopping centre. You will soon be fully relaxed; after all, the beauty salon is only a short distance away. Have you already tried Indian head massage?
Sauna and refreshment
The Lappee sauna section is like a small spa. We recommend that you reserve plenty of time for your bath. The large swimming pool refreshes even the most exhausted travellers and offers plenty of fun to children. Myllysaari is located next to our beautiful Lappeenranta bay. There is a public beach and sauna. In winter, you can even go ice swimming.
For families, we recommend our large playroom which includes, for example, a theatre stage and plenty of props and costumes. There is also HopLop, a fun and exciting indoor playground, in Lappeenranta. Read more under "Services for families."
Those looking for culture will find the historical fortress of Lappeenranta a unique sight. The oldest orthodox church in Finland is located on a beautiful hill in the fortress area. Café Majurska and the Tyyki shop, which is located in the same facilities as the café, offer unique experiences with their cafeteria products and handicraft items. One-of-a-kind culture events are held in the spinning house. For museum enthusiasts, Lappeenranta offers something for every day: the South Karelia Museum and the South Karelia Art Museum are open around the year, the South Karelian Motor Museum and the Saimaa Canal Museum are open in summer. Lappeenranta is also home to the Karelia Aviation Museum and the Wolkoff House Museum, as well as the South Karelian Lotta Svärd Museum which is open by prior arrangement. Lappee's staff wishes you an eventful summer!
