In the Vaakuna block, you will find several meeting and party rooms to suit your needs, both in connection with the hotel and restaurants.
With us, you can organize your most successful events, meetings and celebrations. We offer everything for your occasion: facilities, technology, catering and atmosphere.
Vaakuna-kabinetti
The atmospheric Vaakuna kabinetti, well suited for smaller meetings, can be found on the lower floor of our hotel. The meeting room is ideal for up to 25 people.
The meeting room can be arranged into different table layouts according to your wishes and the nature of your event. From the wide selection of Coffee House, you will find versatile meeting catering options that complement your event in a high-quality and effortless way. Morning and afternoon coffees are available for the meeting room, and there are numerous lunch options available from our diverse restaurant offering.
Toreron kabinetti Las Ventas
Las Ventas offers delicious opportunities for hosting a variety of celebrations and meetings, as well as more relaxed evening gatherings. The space is reserved for private use, for groups of up to 15 people. The cabinet is booked on a minimum spend basis, and once this is met, we do not charge a separate room rental fee.
The cabinet has Wi-Fi, a television, a sound system, and a wireless connection for displaying images from a computer on the television.
Toreron kabinetti Tauro
Toreron kabinetti Tauro is a great option for larger groups, for example for dinners, but if needed also for meetings thanks to the room's meeting technology. The space has Wi-Fi, a sound system and a projection screen. The space is reserved for private use, for groups of up to 50 people. The cabinet is booked on a minimum spend basis, and once this is met, we do not charge a separate room rental fee.
Rosita
At Rosso Joensuu, you will find a new, fully renovated and atmospheric private space called Rosita, located in the best spot in the city, where you can celebrate any kind of occasion, from birthdays to workplace meetings.
You can reserve the space together with Rosso's tasty party menus, buffets and à la carte menu offerings!
The space accommodates a maximum of 70 people, and up to 34 people can fit around one large table! Rosita has its own bar and restrooms as well as its own accessible entrance! In addition, we offer traditional meeting technology, such as a data projector with a screen, a sound system and microphones. Singing karaoke is also possible.
You can reserve Rosita as a private space for a room rental fee, depending on the duration and content of the event. We open Rosita as a private space for groups of at least 14 people. For an additional fee, we can also create an impressive festive table setting in the space.
Ticorillo
Welcome to Ticorillo - a unique party venue that brings the streets of Mexico straight into the cabinet! Located in connection with restaurant Amarillo, Ticorillo offers versatile possibilities for parties, meetings and events. Our space easily adapts to your needs, and we make sure your visit is an unforgettable experience.
The space comfortably accommodates up to 90 people, which makes Ticorillo a suitable choice for both parties with friends and corporate events. The tables and chairs in the space can be freely arranged, so the space adapts to different types of events. You can order your own buffet table, which offers your guests a diverse and delicious dining experience.

Private sauna facilities
You can conveniently organize sauna evenings for your work or friend group in the heart of the city, close to services. The facilities include two Finnish saunas, a steam sauna and areas for relaxed lounging. The sauna facilities can be rented daily from 10:00 to 19:00. The space is suitable for groups of up to 20 people.
