• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. You are welcome to inquire at reception about the availability of available rooms before check-in time, and luggage storage is available. Late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.
• Our restaurants Amarillo, Rosso, and Lynx Bar & Cafe are ready to welcome guests. Up-to-date opening hours can be found on each restaurant’s page on Raflaamo. We highly recommend making a reservation in advance.
• Breakfast is served in the first-floor restaurants as usual: weekdays from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
• Our Spa area is open daily. The sauna and swimming pools are available every morning from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and in the evenings from Sunday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• You can meet our mascot Onni the Squirrel at breakfast and in the hotel lobby daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
