Kuopio offers excellent conditions for both short trips and longer journeys by bicycle. The differences in altitude in the Kuopio region enable both easy routes with no steep hills and more challenging routes. You can borrow a Jopo bicycle from Original Sokos Hotel Puijonsarvi’s reception or start exploring with your own bicycle!

You can borrow Jopo bicycles and cycling helmets from our reception free of charge. We also have two children’s bicycles. Bicycles cannot be booked in advance.

Cycling guests are warmly welcome to Puijonsarvi. We offer a lockable bicycle storage room and the possibility to charge electric bicycles. Equipment for bicycle maintenance and cleaning can be borrowed from reception. Our reception staff can tell you more about the possibilities for bicycle service and rental in the city, as well as the cycling routes.
