Almost the entire hotel is accessible. You can move around freely with your luggage, strollers, or assistive devices!

The reception desk is accessible 24 hours a day. Between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m, please take a number from the reception desk!

The Rilla self-service kiosks screen is accessible (80-100cm tall) and is close to stairs in reception.

You can order elevator to access our restaurant by pressing elevator button 2!

There is a small threshold (2.5 cm) at the swimming pool and meeting rooms.

The breakfast buffet tables are 90 cm high. Our staff will be happy to assist you if necessary.

Unfortunately, access to the gym is not possible.

Original Sokos Hotel President has five rooms designed for people with reduced mobility. In our accessible rooms, all surfaces are max. 80 cm high and the doorways are 90 cm wide. The rooms are located right next to the elevator. Two Famillon motorized beds help you get in and out of bed. You can also reserve a standing aid for your room, which is subject to availability. Please add this request in the comments field of your reservation. The bathroom has handrails installed on the toilet seat, and the shower has a folding shower chair. You can call the reception directly from both your room and the bathroom if you need assistance.
