The app makes your hotel life even easier. With it:

- You can pick up your key from the self-service kiosk without queuing.
The Sokos Hotels app is the latest useful app from the S Group, and you can continue to use it freely in the future. Soon, it will have even more delightful features!
How to Get Started with the Sokos Hotels App
During the testing phase, you can get the Sokos Hotels app by following these instructions.
Android
Join the test group on your phone in the Google Play Store. If the link doesn’t work, try again with the Chrome browser.
iOS
1. Download the Testflight app from the App Store: Testflight.
2. Next, download the Sokos Hotels app.
After downloading the app, log in with your S-user account. If you don’t have an S-user account yet, you can create one through the app.
The app will remain available to you after a single download – you can use it on your travels in the future. During the testing phase, you will have access to the latest features of the app by updating it before your hotel visit via Google Play (Android) or Testflight (iOS).

The Sokos Hotels app shows all your single-room bookings for leisure trips. Reservations made with a gift card or training voucher are not visible in the app. You can see S-Card reward nights in the S-Card app for business travelers.
