Co-op member benefits at Sokos Hotels have been renewed. As a co-op member, you will now receive even more benefits from us when you reserve accommodation directly from us.
1. Reservations that can be cancelled normally, in other words, you can cancel the reservation without cost before 6 p.m. on the day of arrival
ONLINE PRICE FOR CO-OP MEMBERS: when you book on sokoshotels.fi website -10% of the price of the day
CO-OP MEMBER PRICE: when booking at sales service or the hotel -5% of the price of the day
2. Reservation to be paid in advance, in other words, the reservation must be made 7–21 days before arrival.
The reservation must be paid in full when making the reservation. Reservation made cannot be changed or cancelled. Payment made will not be returned. The reservation at this price is subject to availability. Booking at sokoshotels.fi website.
ADVANCE PURCHASE PRICE, 1 night: -20% of the price of the day, when you book no less than 7 days before arrival. Original-, Break- and Solo-hotels.
ADVANCE PURCHASE PRICE, 2 nights: -25% of the price of the day, when you book no less than 14 days before arrival. Original- and Break-hotels.
ADVANCE PURCHASE PRICE, 3 nights: -30% of the price of the day, when you book no less than 21 days before arrival. Break-hotels.
You will get Bonus for hotel accommodation with S-Etukortti card, when you book without third parties being involved using Sokos Hotels' own channels, in other words, the sokoshotels.fi website, our sales service (tel. +358 20 1234 600) or directly at the hotel.
If you use other online services to book accommodation, you will not receive bonuses even if the payment takes place at the hotel. You cannot use S-Etukortti card together with other loyal customer cards, such as S-Card or Finnair Plus card. Alcoholic products are not subject to Bonus, payment-method benefits, surplus returns or S Points (Alcohol Act 51.2 §).
If you want to make reservations at co-op member prices and get Bonus points, log out of the My S-Card service.
If you want to make a reservation as an S-Card customer, log out with your S-credentials and log in to the My S-Card service.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to book S-Card bonus nights at St. Petersburg hotels through the online service. Please contact our Sales Service, tel. +358 20 1234 600.
