Do Check-in in S-Card app on the day of your arrival, complete the electronic passenger notification and use the mobile key. You can activate mobile key at any time during your stay.

Prior to your arrival at the hotel:

• Check in with the S-Card application
• Complete the pre-filled electronic passenger card
• Activate your mobile key
• You can see in the app when your room is ready and the mobile key is available (no earlier than 1 pm)

When using a mobile key at the hotel:

• Open the app
• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
• Allow an app to access your location
• Bring your phone close to the lock and the door will open
