Cancel movie: Sokos Hotels accommodation gift card giveaway 10/2025

Sokos Hotels will give away five accommodation gift cards among all participants who enter the giveaway between September 26 and October 31. (Includes 1 night for two in a standard room with buffet breakfast, value approx. €120). The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 and over.

The draw will take place on November 4, 2025. Winners will be notified personally. We reserve the right to make changes.

2. Start and end dates & eligibility

The start and end dates of each competition are clearly stated in connection with the specific competition.

The competition is open to all individuals residing in Finland, excluding employees of SOK and its subsidiaries who have participated in the planning, preparation, or execution of the competition, as well as their family members. Participation does not require a purchase unless otherwise stated.

If there is reason to suspect fraudulent behavior or violation of these rules, SOK Mara chain management reserves the right to disqualify the participant.

3. Selection of winners and timing

Winners will be drawn from all eligible participants. The draw will take place after the competition ends, and the date of the draw will be announced in connection with the specific competition. Winners will be notified personally. If a winner cannot be reached within one week, SOK Mara chain management reserves the right to select a new winner.

4. Prizes

The prizes are defined in connection with each specific competition. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or events.

5. Rules apply to all participants

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these official rules and the decisions made by SOK Mara chain management. SOK Mara chain management reserves the right to modify the rules. Any changes will be announced on the competition pages.

6. Processing of personal data

SOK processes participants’ personal data solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and awarding the prizes. SOK does not share participants’ data with third parties outside the SOK Group and does not use the data for direct marketing. 7. Publication of winners’ names

By entering the competition, participants grant the organizer the right to publish the winner’s name and municipality of residence without separate consent, notification, or compensation, in media chosen by the organizer.

8. Responsibilities of organizer and participants

SOK Mara chain management is responsible for any potential lottery tax related to the prizes. Participants release SOK Mara chain management and any other potential partners from liability for any damages arising from or alleged to arise from participation in the competition. The organizer’s liability to participants shall not exceed the value or quantity of the prizes stated in these rules.

SOK Mara chain management is not responsible for technical issues or obstacles related to participation or prize acceptance. The winner is responsible for any other costs related to accepting or using the prize.

9. Rights to submitted materials

By participating, the entrant confirms that they have created the material submitted to the competition ("competition material") themselves. The entrant guarantees and is responsible that the material or its use does not violate any laws, good practices, third-party rights, copyrights or other intellectual property rights, honor, privacy, or trade secrets, nor otherwise breach these rules.

By entering, the participant grants SOK Mara chain management a permanent, exclusive, worldwide right to use the competition material without separate compensation. This includes the right to use and exploit the material in any known or future format or platform.

10. Other terms

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these rules and any decisions made by SOK Mara chain management based on them.

In addition to these rules, participants agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms used in connection with the competition, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or Instagram.

SOK Mara chain management reserves the right to make changes to the competition, its rules, prizes, timing, or other relevant aspects without prior notice. Any changes will be announced on the SOK Mara chain management website at sokoshotels.fi.

Competitions organized by SOK Mara chain management on Facebook or Instagram are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram. Participants release Facebook and Instagram from all liability related to the competitions.
