Atmospheric saunas heat up every evening on floor -1 from 5 PM to 10 PM.

New! The men’s sauna area has been completely renovated. Enjoy gentle steam and refresh yourself in the cold plunge pool – a unique combination of fire and ice awaits you. This is the perfect place to relax and recharge after the day.

In the women’s sauna, we offer relaxing foot baths, a cup of refreshing tea, and warm steam to help you smile again for the new day. You’ll also hear birdsong and have the opportunity to try sauna yoga! For yoga, you’ll find instructions and extra-large yoga towels in the sauna dressing room.

Daytime sauna in peace – book your private sauna session at the reception!

The sauna is available daily between 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM for private use for up to 1 hour. Please check available times and make your reservation at the reception. This service is free of charge, but we kindly ask everyone to leave the space clean for the next guest.

Please note that the sauna is only available for guests staying at our hotel – not for external visitors.

Extra service for sauna guests – drinks delivered straight to the sauna!

In the sauna dressing room, you’ll find a QR code that allows you to order drinks from the VENN wine bar during its opening hours. Choose your favorite drink, and VENN will bring it directly to you in the sauna.

Original Sokos Hotel Arina’s guest saunas have been awarded the Authentic Finnish Sauna Experience quality label by Sauna from Finland. Sauna from Finland aims to make the Finnish sauna the best in the world and has therefore developed the Authentic Finnish Sauna Experience quality handbook and certification for companies offering sauna services.

You can also enjoy the sauna experience in complete privacy by booking a hotel room with its own sauna! We have 15 sauna-equipped rooms in different room types, offering perfect relaxation and comfort. Some room categories also include non-sauna rooms, so availability of a sauna room must be confirmed separately with the hotel’s sales service or reception:
