As an S-Card customer, you can make your hotel stay smoother with the help of the Sokos Hotels application. Before arriving at the hotel, you can fill in the electronic check-in form from 12:00 on the day of arrival. You can pick up your room key at the hotel reception at your desk when you arrive at the hotel. Electronic check-out allows you to pay the bill and check out on the day of departure at your convenience.

Make an online check-in:

• Start by logging in to the Sokos Hotels app
• Choose same day booking Log in by selecting "Check-in" and indicate your arrival time
• If you wish, you can also pay for the accommodation or choose to pay later
• Complete the electronic passenger card
• Wait until you receive a notification in the app that your room is ready
• Collect your room keys at the online check-in point at reception
• In the Sokos Hotels app, you can see if the hotel has a mobile key

Make an online check-out:

• Log in to the Sokos Hotels app
• Select "Check-out" (no earlier than the morning of departure)
• Add the minibar products you use to your invoice
• Choose your preferred payment method
• Online Check-out is complete and you will receive a receipt by email
• You can leave the key in the room or drop it in the key box at reception
