With Kimmel's praised breakfast, your day gets off to a bright start. The Karelian pasties are the best in the country, the coffee is fresh, the porridge freshly cooked and the fruit crisp. In summer, you can enjoy breakfast on our large terrace courtyard, gazing at the park landscape and the surface of the Pielinen River.

Excellent location in a nature-close setting

Although Kimmel is a city hotel, our location is close to nature. While sitting at breakfast, you might see an otter splash into the shore water, in the evening the setting sun makes the river surface shimmer. And from the Pielinen River shoreline landscape, it's nice to pop out for a morning jog and then continue along bridges and the riverside.

To work meetings in the city center or evening cultural outings, it's just a ten-minute walk from us – or borrow a bike and you'll be there even more swiftly!
