Sokos Hotels offer two basic meeting packages which include everything you need for a smooth event. If the meeting package does not meet your requirements, we are happy to tailor a suitable event and auxiliary programme for your group.

Meeting organizer benefits
When your group stays at Sokos Hotels in connection with a meeting or training, we offer the following services to the organizer of the meeting or the instructor:
- Room ready upon arrival, whenever possible
- Superior room at no additional charge, subject to availability of superior rooms
- Two non-alcoholic beverages free of charge from the in-room minibar
- The course of the meeting or training day is discussed with the meeting organizer at a suitable time
- The meeting room will be available one hour before the start of the event
- The meeting organizer will be provided with a telephone number for reaching the hotel staff
- Office room access free of charge for the conference organizer (note: office rooms are only available in part of the hotels)
- The meeting organizer may vacate their room after the end of the event, but no later than at 4 PM
Centralized booking of multi-location events
Do you need functional conference facilities and high-quality accommodation for events held at multiple locations? Leave the practical arrangements to the S Group's meeting series service, and focus on the event itself. We will make a centralized reservation and handle everything from making you an offer to confirming your event.
