The 14 meeting and event spaces at Original Sokos Hotel Vantaa have undergone extensive renovations and now meet the highest standards. Most of the hotel's meeting rooms are located in close proximity to a cozy coffee square, providing energy for the day's meetings.

The stylish Auditorium, seating 127 people, is equipped with high-quality sound and meeting technology, making it an excellent choice for press conferences, training sessions, and seminars.

Puistola is the hotel's largest meeting space, accommodating up to 400 people. This green and pleasant space is an excellent choice for meetings, seminars, and dinners. The room can also be divided into smaller sections.

Mestari has taken inspiration from the nearby Vantaa River for its interior design. Mestari accommodates up to 220 people and its high ceiling also offers a stunning setting for various celebrations, such as Christmas parties or weddings.

The beautifully decorated Wahllund is a popular dining and event space for 20–40 people. This bright room is also suitable for meetings, small seminars, and training sessions.

Other Private Spaces

In addition to large meeting and event spaces, we have several smaller meeting and group workrooms, a creative space called Visio, and a popular sauna world featuring four different-sized saunas for 6–60 people. The legendary Tulisuudelma can also be reserved for private use.
