WHERE THERE IS WILL, THERE IS HOPE

This Christmas, Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna and Royal are supporting the important work of HOPE ry! HOPE helps low-income families with children and those who have experienced a crisis in Vaasa and the surrounding area by providing clothing and item donations, entirely with the help of volunteers. Now you have the chance to take part and bring some Christmas joy to those who need it.

We are organising a Christmas gift drive open to everyone at both Sokos hotels in Vaasa from 23 November 2026 to 6 December 2026 , when anyone who wishes to can bring a new gift suitable for a child or young person aged 0–17.

Suitable gifts include, for example:

• Colouring and activity books, drawing and painting supplies, soft toys and children's books
• Toys and games
• Hygiene products
• Movie tickets and gift cards
• Wool socks, mittens
• Small-value gift cards, e.g. for a fast food restaurant

Every gift will find its way to families with children who truly need the magic of Christmas.

PLEASE NOTE! The items do not need to be wrapped. Both hotels will have a large gift box in the lobby where you can place your donation.
Thank you for your help!
