Wiklund to be renewed in 2026
Wiklund will be Renovated in 2026
Prisma will open in Wiklund in the fall of 2026, and Sokos will be renovated at the same time. In addition, ELIXIA will open a premium fitness center on the third floor. The renewed Wiklund will be completed in autumn 2026. Original Sokos Hotel Wiklund with its restaurants is part of the Wiklund.
Renovation work has begun at Wiklund. Prisma's daily goods will be located mainly in the current S-market premises on the ground floor, and household goods at street level. Sokos' women's clothing and footwear selection will move to the second floor of Wiklund by the end of the summer, forming a renovated fashion and home complex. Sokos' renovated cosmetics will be found at street level in the future. Original Sokos Hotel Wiklund, Trattoria, Coffee House, Hesburger and Walo Rooftop Bar will continue to serve at the renovated Wiklund.
Impact of renovations on hotel services
Original Sokos Hotel Wiklund will operate normally during construction and renovations. Construction noise will only be heard during the day.
Wiklund's Wirta meeting services will be closed during the renovations at the Wiklund. Events will be possible again from 3 August 2026.
