It is important to us that all our guests feel comfortable during their stay. Our hotel has three well-equipped accessible rooms.
Accessibility at Original Sokos Hotel Viru
We want every guest to feel welcome and comfortable at our hotel. The hotel entrance and rooms are fully accessible, and a dedicated accessible toilet is available in the lobby for all guests.
Accessibility
We want to be upfront about a few areas where access is more limited. The museum on the 22nd floor, the saunas are reached via stairs, which can make wheelchair access challenging. Our staff are always on hand and happy to assist you.
Accessible Rooms
We offer three accessible double rooms, thoughtfully designed with your comfort and independence in mind. The bathrooms are fully wheelchair accessible with wide 90cm doorways, a fixed shower chair, and assistive rails beside the toilet. For added peace of mind, each bathroom is equipped with an emergency call button connected directly to our security center, so help is always close by.
Assistance Dogs
Service and guide dogs are warmly welcome throughout our hotel.
Accessible Parking
A dedicated accessible parking space is available in the parking area directly in front of the hotel. Please note that parking fees apply.
