Nature and Vuokatinvaara

The unique and beautiful nature of Vuokatti shines in every season, inviting you to enjoy the fresh air and explore its scenic hiking trails. The landscape of Sotkamo and Vuokatti is dominated by a chain of 13 consecutive hills. From the peaks of Vuokatinvaara, you can admire breathtaking views often considered among Finland’s national landscapes.
During the snow-free season, the trail network offers a variety of paths and hiking routes suitable for walking and family outings. The ridge trails of Vuokatinvaara, complete with campfire spots, are especially ideal. In summer, Vuokatti’s ski track bases turn into soft sawdust trails, perfect for Nordic walking.

SuperPark Vuokatti

A favorite among children, SuperPark Vuokatti is an indoor activity park full of fun and movement for the whole family – open all year round, no matter the weather. Climb to great heights, slide down fast slides, ride a zipline, or cruise around the pedal car track. At the Golf Arena, you can sharpen your skills in the indoor training area and on the mini golf course. In the Vuokatti Freestyle Hall, you can skateboard, ride a scooter, and jump from ramps into a soft foam pit. The air track, giant trampolines, and foam pit allow for the wildest tricks and stunts.

Bowling and Spa

Vuokatti Bowling and the Katinkulta Spa offer fun and relaxation for the whole family all year round. The bowling entertainment center features 16 bowling lanes, 3 competition-level billiard tables, darts, and a SimWay shooting simulator.
At Katinkulta’s tropical spa, the water and air temperature is always a pleasant +32°C. There’s something for everyone to enjoy, from relaxing pools to playful water activities for all ages.
