Following the room renovation of Break Sokos Hotel Vuokatti's main building completed in early 2025,
44 new apartments are being built on the shore of Särkinen. The first apartments will be completed by the end of 2026, and the construction project will be fully finished in early winter 2027.

The new holiday apartments are now available for booking on sokoshotels.fi, and you can check in from 7 December 2026 onwards.
For two and three-bedroom apartments, the minimum booking period is 2 nights.
