Whether you're heading out for a weekend trip, a business trip, or a pet show, your furry friend is just as welcome at Sokos Hotels as you are. We'll make sure your trip is easy, successful, and enjoyable.

The pet room supplement is €15/night/room. If you're an S-Card member, your furry friend stays free of charge (when staying at a rate eligible for S-Card benefits, excluding S-Card reward nights).

Please let us know about your pet when making your hotel reservation. If you book a room through our website, please inform us about your traveling companion by phone or email. This way we can reserve a pet-friendly room for you. When booking a room on our website, you can add a pet to your stay in the Additional Services section.

Our canine guests will find a welcome bag waiting for them, containing chew bones, poop bags, and an information package about the nearest dog parks and veterinary services in the area. Pet-friendly rooms are equipped with a bed, paw towel, water bowl, and welcome package. There are pleasant outdoor routes around our hotel, including the magnificent Kirjurinluoto.

Pets need stress-free time as well as sufficient sleep and rest while traveling. Here's how to prepare for your pet's vacation:

• Allow enough time for the journey so your pet can stretch their legs along the way.
• Bring your pet's own bed or blanket and a water bowl if needed. In a new environment, your pet may feel confused, and their safest place might be their own carrier, cage, or bed. Reptiles, rodents, and birds always stay in their own travel terrarium/cage at the hotel.
• A familiar toy helps your pet feel comfortable in an unfamiliar environment.
• Explore the hotel surroundings together with your pet.
• Don't leave your pet alone in the hotel room for extended periods. If you need to leave your pet in the room alone, make sure your companion can't escape from the room.
• Use the "pet in room" sign outside your hotel room door.
