Abstract Sensory Journey – what does Oulu happiness look like, feel like, and sound like?

Designed by KaikuArt and implemented by Original Sokos Hotel Arina, the Abstract Sensory Journey is an experience consisting of seven sensory points throughout the hotel. At each point, you can experience art through different senses and reflect on the emotions it evokes. You can get the materials from our reception and follow the route independently.

Mielestäni products

The Mielestäni products, created in a design collaboration between Osuuskauppa Arina, Oulu2026, and designer Susanna Sivonen, are available at the Original Sokos Hotel Arina reception shop, and you can enjoy Mielestäni wines at the hotel restaurants. The new product line showcases a layered pattern created together by Oulu residents, reflecting culture, environment, change, and individuals in a shared time – both today and in the future.
