Accessible Rooms

Break Sokos Hotel Koli has two Superior Twin rooms that are suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Both accessible rooms are located on the first floor of our hotel. The reception and the restaurant serving breakfast are on the second floor. Guide dogs and pets are also welcome in accessible rooms. There is an elevator between floors (door 90 cm, elevator 97 cm x 116 cm).

Arrival at the Hotel

The two parking spaces closest to the lower doors in front of the hotel are reserved for accessible parking with a valid disabled parking permit.

The lower doors of our hotel must be opened manually by pulling. At night, the doors can be opened with your room key using the card reader next to the entrance. There are a few thresholds between the entrance and the reception desk, and from the reception to the hotel rooms.

The bathrooms in accessible rooms have a support rail next to the toilet, and we can provide a shower chair with arm and back support upon request.

Hotel Common Areas

The Grill it! Koli restaurant is located on the second floor and can be accessed from the reception lobby without thresholds. You can also enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at our café tables with a guide dog.

There is one accessible public restroom on both the first and second floors.

Our guest sauna is on the third floor and has a shower chair in the shower area. Unfortunately, the sauna is not wheelchair accessible.

The Koli Relax Spa scenic spa is not fully accessible. There are no thresholds to the changing rooms and pool area, but the floor may be slippery, and there are two levels connected by a few steps. The hot tub has a support rail, and the sound and light pool has a handrail. The saunas have steps, and there is a low threshold to the Relax room.
