Weekly Wellness Program at Our Hotel

Welcome to our Wellness Lounge, where we offer weekly guided sessions to help you relax and recharge. Whether you're new to wellness practices or already experienced, our sessions are designed to suit all levels.

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is a gentle and dynamic practice where movements are synchronized with breath. The session helps open the body, improve mobility, and calm the mind. The instructor adapts the class to different experience levels, making it suitable for both beginners and seasoned yogis.

Sound Bowl Relaxation

Sound Bowl Relaxation is a deep relaxation method where gentle vibrations from sound bowls calm both body and mind. Participants lie down comfortably while the soothing sounds guide them into a peaceful state. You’re welcome to bring your own pillow to enhance your comfort and relaxation.

Please note: Sound bowl relaxation is not suitable for everyone. It is not recommended for individuals with a pacemaker, those undergoing active cancer treatments, or during the first trimester of pregnancy. People with high sensitivity to sound or vibration may also find the experience uncomfortable. If you're unsure, feel free to ask our reception for more information.
