Scenic saunas and a lakeside and smoke sauna form a great experience package at Lake Käyrälampi in Kouvola. During the summer season, the saunas are available to guests free of charge as public saunas. You can also book a sauna for private use, even if you are not staying at Tykkimäki Resort.
Tykkimäki Resort’s sauna hours for guests
- Christmas sauna 24 and 25 December from 11.00 to 16.00.
- New Year' sauna 31 December from 17.00 to 21.00.
- The public sauna hours are included in the accommodation price.
- Saunas can be booked for private use throughout the year.
Scenic saunas
In the scenic saunas, you can admire the stunning Käyrälampi scenery while having a great sauna experience. All the saunas also offer a cosy terrace area for cooling oneself down and a Drop spa. From the sauna, you can easily take a dip in the lake.
Lakeside sauna and smoke sauna
The lakeside sauna includes two separate six-person saunas, both with their own shower and dressing rooms. There is a shared fireplace room for those visiting the saunas. There is also a smoke sauna in the lakeside sauna building. It is heated with a modern pellet-powered stove in a fire-safe and low-emission manner.
From the lakeside sauna’s own swimming dock, you can easily take a dip in Lake Käyrälampi. During the winter season, there is also an opportunity for ice swimming.
