Entrance

• The hotel's main entrance is easily accessible. When coming from Torikatu or Rantakatu street, there are automatic doors to the shopping arcade, and the sliding door that opens from the shopping arcade to the hotel lobby operates by pressing a wall button.

• The rooms are accessible from the hotel lobby by a spacious elevator. The hotel has rooms on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. Please note that the 3rd and 4th floors are accessible with elevators, but there are stairs on the 5th floor of the hotel when going to breakfast.

Parking

• Drive to the P-Sokos Vaakuna parking garage at Torikatu 20, next to the hotel entrance. Drive up the ramp. There is direct access to the hotel from the first (P2) and second (P3) floors of the parking garage.
• Accessible car park spaces can be found on the P2 floor of the garage, which provides direct access to the hotel's main elevator.
• Vehicles with free disabled parking permit must also report their registration number to reception.

Rooms

• Our hotel has two specially equipped rooms for our guests with disabilities. The rooms have the standard room equipment level.
• There are 2 accessible rooms and they are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel.
• It is possible to turn around in a wheelchair in the room and there is room to move around the bed. The toilet and shower facilities are spacious.
• Please inform us of your need for an accessible room when making your hotel reservation.

Services

• Breakfast is served in Torero restaurant, 2nd floor.
• You find a separate elevator to go to the breakfast room from the room corridor, which may not accommodate the largest electric mopeds / electric wheelchairs. If necessary, inquire about the possibility of breakfast in the room.
• Restaurant Rosso (1st floor) and Torero (2nd floor) are accessible from inside by elevator. They are reached from the room corridor by a separate elevator, which may not fit the largest electric mopeds / electric wheelchairs. Rosso is also easily accessible from outside from Siltakatu.
• Restaurant Amarillo and lobby bar/café Coffee House are accessed through the hotel's reception lobby and are barrier-free. A accessible toilet is located in the hotel lobby.

Sauna and Jacuzzi

• In the hotel's guest sauna, you have to climb up the benches via a step. There are a few steps to the jacuzzi.
• The general lounge areas and changing rooms in the sauna section are on the same level, but there are small thresholds. Be careful not to slip.
• Access to the hotel's guest saunas is from the 3rd and 4th floor room corridor by a separate elevator, which can be found at the end of the corridor. There are a few steps on the 5th floor.
